VISION/MISSION
It is the vision and mission of the Christian helps ministry to represent the the body of Christ as described in the Old and New testament, to spread the truth of God’s word as lead by the Holy Spirit, to bring the unsaved to Jesus Christ, to train and prepare believers for the work of the ministry, to strive towards unity in the Body of Christ.
GOVERNANCE
The Holy Spirit guides the affairs of this ministry giving authority to those appointed to oversee, lead and guide in administering the
affairs of the ministry. We therefore claim the right to governed under the Headship of Jesus and His authority over the ministry, and reject all claim by the civil government to headship or sovereignty over the ministry.
AFFILIATION
While maintaining sovereignty the ministry shall seek association to maintain voluntarily co-operative fellowship with other Christian organization that are equally Biblically yoked holding Evangelical Christian doctrines, purpose, mission and deeds to serving Christ.
TENETS OF FAITH
We hold strongly to the following believes:
1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
4. We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
